Cherno "CJ" Jagne - President & Director of Marketing

CJ has brought numerous years of experience to the CNV Cleaning Services, Inc. organization.  He has earned his experience by working in different service industry sectors after graduating from college.  CJ is responsible for the strategic growth and operations of CNV Cleaning Services, Inc., placing particular emphasis on customer relations and service. CJ’s goal for each and every customer is to become a "customer liaison" for all services provided with follow up on a continuous basis. 

As President and Owner, CJ operates the company under the principles of service, quality and innovation.  CJ is carrying CNV Cleaning Services, Inc. to the next level of service, quality, success and recognition.  His plans of achieving this involve attracting, developing and maintaining the best management team and employees in the industry, along with constantly keeping his finger on the pulse of his customer and the industry.  CJ is also responsible and extremely proficient at identifying customer needs; developing and recommending programs that meet and exceed customer expectations.  CJ holds a BS in Economics and Business Administration from Miami-Dade Community College and Idaho State University.

Viki J. Jagne - Vice President & Director of Operations

Viki brings over 15 years of management and customer service experience in the service industry to the company.  In her current role as Director of Operations and Vice President, she also has the responsibility for company growth, developing and sustaining long business partnerships and making sure that everyone at CNV Cleaning Services, Inc. is regularly exceeding customer expectation.

Viki carries a philosophy to offer the best quality service by constantly refining our approach through close client contact.  Responsibilities encompassed all aspects of the contract cleaning business; special and value added service, customer relations, customer retention, and staff management.  Viki holds numerous certifications and awards in service and management and is constantly obtaining training certifications in every aspect of the business and developing new innovative ideas to increase the services that we currently provide.  Her 15 years of experience in the service industry and management has added depth and leadership to our management team and company.
